Please always keep your Guest ID Card with you during your stay at the hotel and leave your keycard at the reception when checking out. All of your consumptions and extra charges will be registered only by using your Guest ID Card. Your keycard opens the dressing roomss of the wellness center and the gates when parking as well.

Guests obligations in case of fire
The rooms have „D” class flammability according to OTSZ (National Fire Protection Regulations), moderately flammable.
Things to do if the guest perceives fire:
Reception has to be informed in case of fire immediately! Reception can be reached on 951 phone extention. Then leave the hotel building according tot he escape plan (which is posted on the door).
Things to do in case of evacuation or if the fire alarm system (siren) rings:

While escaping from the hotel the usage of elevators and lifts are forbidden. The shortest way out is to follow the displayed „green marked” signs, and ask guidance from the hotel staff. The evacuation has to be quick, avoiding panicky behavior.
Escape in case of fire:
Guests and employees of the Hotel use the nearby Hotel Nagyerdő as an assembly point, until the emergency is over. The hotel director or the manager on duty leads the process.
