Membership activates automatically upon registration — you can join the program at any moment.

All benefits apply exclusively to direct bookings (website).

Security & ease

Members can securely track their status, benefits, and past stays using their Google or email account.

Conditions of the loyalty program discounts

The discount may only be used by the eligible guest when booking online or directly, at any time of the year.
The discount is applied exclusively to the gross total amount indicated in the booking confirmation, based on the accommodation cost including half-board.

The system reviews your bookings and stays from the past three years. Based on this, we determine the level of discount you are entitled to for the current year.
Information about your current discount will be sent via email between January 1 and January 15 each year.

The loyalty program discount cannot be combined with other discounts and can only be used for direct bookings.

We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program.
